Shilpa Shetty Pays Obeisance At Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine As Chargesheet Is Filed Against Husband Raj Kundra-See PICS
Shilpa Shetty made a pilgrimage to the Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir. Several photos and videos showing her riding a horse have surfaced online.
Actress Shilpa Shetty was spotted in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. The actor reached Katra to pay obeisance at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine - on the same day the Mumbai Police's crime branch filed a supplementary chargesheet against her husband and businessman Raj Kundra, in a pornography case. Several photos and videos from Shilpa’s pilgrimage have surfaced online, showing the actress riding a horse.
The actress reportedly walked for 13 kilometres to visit the Mata Vaishno Devi temple and undertook her journey from the Katra basecamp, on a horse.
Soon after her arrival, Shilpa, accompanied by police personnel, addressed the media and said, “I am very happy to be here. It was due to the goddesses' call that I came all the way to pay obeisance to her.” The 46-year-old actress also chanted 'Jai Mata di' during the journey.
In one of the videos, Shilpa, dressed in a printed suit, could be seen mounting a horse and taking a selfie with a fan before riding off. She also interacted with other pilgrims and local media.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is quite a religious person. She recently celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with much zeal and pomp. She welcomed Ganpati Bappa to her home and shared a sneak peek of celebrations via an Instagram post.
Work-wise, Shilpa returned to sets of the dance reality show 'Super Dancer 4' after a break of a few weeks. She is also gearing up for the release of her upcoming film ‘Nikamma,’ which also stars Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia.
